Caleb Snyder, PA-C
As a Physician Assistant at Slocum Orthopedics, I bring a unique blend of military experience, athletic background, and medical expertise to my role.
I hold a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University (2024) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon (2019). My journey to becoming a PA was shaped by diverse experiences, including service in the Oregon Army National Guard, work as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, and as a Chief Medical Scribe at Slocum.
Born and raised in the small town of Naches, Washington, I grew up in a family of five, developing a love for sports and outdoor activities. Despite a military career cut short by injury, this setback opened the door to my current path in orthopedic care. My decision to work at Slocum was influenced by the organization's family-like atmosphere and commitment to excellence in patient care. Slocum is a family who takes care of each other and prioritizes providing the best care to all that walk through the doors.
I am dedicated to helping patients in the Eugene community understand their bodies and overcome orthopedic challenges. When not at work, I embrace the outdoor lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest, enjoying hiking, skiing, and water sports. I'm also a fitness enthusiast and a devoted fan of the Oregon Ducks.
