“I am 72 years old and had never broken a bone before, so I was rather apprehensive. When Dr. Tavakolian addressed my situation I was instantly put at ease. The care I received at the Slocum Center was all that I could hope for. The man who put my cast on to the X-ray technicians were all friendly and helpful. I had to have a plate put in after a few weeks due to my bone slipping. The healing from that operation went well with no problems. In fact, other than the small scar, I cannot tell that there was ever a break. I have no pain at all. Thank you all for a good experience even though I had to break a bone to get it!!“
