Russell Roll Joins Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association Board of Directors
Slocum Surgery Center’s ASC Administrator Russell Roll has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (OASCA). With over 32 years of healthcare industry experience, Russell brings valuable expertise to this leadership role.
Currently part of Slocum Surgery Center’s administration team, Russell works closely with clinical professionals to support patient care delivery. His extensive career has included implementing Decision Support software, consulting, and working with Washington State’s Blue Cross affiliate before focusing on direct patient care.
“I am proud to be part of an industry that helps people and can make a lasting impact on their lives and those around them,” Russell shared. For the past 12 years, he has specialized in the ASC environment, drawn to its unique ability to provide high-quality care efficiently. “ASCs allow us to provide exceptional care in a way that is both patient-centered and cost-effective,” he explained.
The Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association advocates for ASCs throughout Oregon, focusing on advancing high-quality, cost-effective surgical care through advocacy, education, and community engagement. OASCA actively works with government agencies and stakeholders at the state level while providing educational programs and hosting Oregon’s premier ASC Conference & Trade Show.
