We’re here when life happens.

Our Rapid Access program allows us to see patients within 24 hours of scheduling their appointments if they reach out Monday through Friday. If your injury is less than seven days old and you have not already been seen in an urgent care or emergency room setting, please call (541) 485-8111 to schedule a Rapid Access appointment.

With Slocum Rapid Access you can see a physician within 24 hours and feel better sooner.

  • Access X-rays, MRI, or physical therapy if needed
  • Benefit from early diagnosis and treatment for safety and early return to activity

Who Can Use Rapid Access?

  • People of all ages and activity levels
  • People with a recent bone, muscle, or joint injury
  • People who have recently developed joint pain
  • People who have not already been evaluated in an urgent care or emergency room setting.

Whether you are a weekend warrior, a committed recreational athlete, or you just want to get back to work or hobbies, we’ll get you on the road to recovery. Rapid Access is designed to accommodate people with acute injuries that are less than seven days old.

If you have suffered a bone, muscle, or joint injury or have recently developed joint pain, Rapid Access is for you.

Insurance Information

If you have any questions about your coverage, please check with your insurance company before you come to Slocum Center. Customary co-pays will apply and will be due when you come in. Fees for services will be billed to your insurance company.

HMOs and some insurance plans require pre-authorization from your primary care physician. Without getting pre-authorization, you may be responsible for payment of services.
