Effective closed ankle dislocation treatment with anesthesia
A medical procedure is performed to treat a closed ankle dislocation with anesthesia and may or may not involve the use of percutaneous pins. The dislocated ankle is manipulated back into its normal position, and the patient is given anesthesia to minimize pain and discomfort during the procedure. If necessary, percutaneous pins may be used to stabilize the ankle and prevent further dislocation. The procedure is typically performed in a hospital or outpatient setting and may require a period of immobilization and physical therapy to aid in the healing process.
