Toe Joint Surgery: Correcting Deformities and Injuries
Removal of the end portion of the toe bone that connects to the toe joint, known as the distal end phalanx, along with the removal of the condyle(s) which are the rounded protrusions at the end of the bone. This procedure is typically done to correct deformities or injuries to the toe joint.
